Responsibilities:
Administrate User Hardware (windows, mac)
User IT Support
Network Administration (routers, switches, access points, printers)
Server Administration (windows, linux)
Requirements:
Expert Windows 10 user (roles, settings, common issues)
Experienced with assembling/disassembling hardware (ram upgrades, hdd/ssd replacement)
Eagerness to learn
The ideal candidate must:
Be a natural problem solver and must take own initiatives
Have excellent eye for attention to detail
The ability to work independently as well as take or give direction in a team environment
Work well under pressure
Effectively handle tight deadlines, unexpected delays, revisions, ad hoc requests and shifting priorities.
