As a Human Centred Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineer within our team, you will contribute to the creation of new AI products and services for the entire DB Group. We require technical specialists to help research, design, and implement state of the art AI services, with particular focus on Human Centred AI design and Trustworthy AI. You will make a real difference for senior stakeholders across core banking functions where computational, complexity and efficiency challenges abound – through your own delivery and through the promotion of modern AI development best practices and techniques.

Your key responsibilities
- Design and implement solutions using advanced analytics, machine learning / AI and cloud technologies that fulfil Deutsche Bank's innovation strategy
- Deliver high quality solutions through innovative design centred on the consumer that are aligned with strong AI & ML development practices
- Engage with product managers and business stakeholders to identify and evaluate opportunities to create value through innovative solutions
- Work collaboratively with product managers, developers, and end-users to deliver working solutions and analytics in an Agile and Iterative manner
- Contribute to effective and efficient technical research and experiments
Your skills and experience
- An understanding of Human Centred AI Design Principles, with experience of Responsible AI a plus
- A knowledge of machine learning, with experience working with python a plus
- Experience of working in the public cloud, such as Azure, AWS or GCP, with GCP being a plus
- At least two years' experience working in a professional environment
- An understanding of consumer facing AI product development
- A willingness to learn and undertake projects in novel technologies
