It's no secret that it's challenging in the health sector right now, with a big task for the new Te Whatu Ora/Health New Zealand organisation being the building our workforce - but what could be more rewarding than hiring the doctors, nurses, allied health and other support staff that deliver health to our communities and whānau? If you are a recruiter, preferably with some health sector experience, now might be exactly the right time to join our fun, vibrant and diverse in house team here at Te Toka Tumai Auckland and get in to the thick of it! (You'll know the old name but under the new one we are aiming to be far more efficient and effective in delivering health care to our people across the Auckland region)

If you have worked in health before you'll know it gets under your skin! There is something about contributing to the health of the community that is pretty cool and satisfying - you are hiring and helping build the health workforce of tomorrow. Career opportunities within the overall sector will be significant as all the changes are put in place and within our own team there are multiple portfolios across which a Consultant can grow their skills/knowledge and several have moved in to more generalist HR positions as well as being seconded in to significant projects. We also have flexibility around working from home.

We need a positive, enthusiastic and experienced operator that is super organised and efficient, adept at managing multi stakeholders, as well as having all the recruitment basics of being well planned, an ace at candidate attraction and care, proactive and resilient when there is a bump in the road!

• Permanent, full time role
• 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday
• Salary range: $72,573 - $93,918
