We are passionate about food security and enable communities to utilize locally produced agricultural products to support food security through extrusion technology. We are looking for an experienced, passionate and motivated individual who can apply their mind to resolve problems in a stimulating and everchanging environment.

Job Description
  • Conduct incoming stock quality checks and outgoing stock quality checks on all products.
  • Conduct regular stock take on finished products, raw material, finished products, PPE and consumables required by production.
  • Coordinate and oversee the pick-up process when clients arrive to collect ordered products.
  • Update the collection notebook promptly and accurately to maintain a comprehensive record of all pick-ups.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization, including but not limited to data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members, ensuring effective time management and smooth operations.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, demonstrating a professional and courteous manner.
  • Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and ethical conduct at all times.
  • Ensure Food Safety compliance by conducting regular checks.

Qualifications
  • Grade 12
  • Certificate/Diploma in Business Admin or Equivalent

  • Computer knowledge and efficiency, including MS Office products such as MS visio, excel, word and projects.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to always maintain discretion and confidentiality.

  • Knowledge file management, transcription and other administrative procedures
