Job Title: Business Development Officer
Report To: Manager, HR Department
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with developing the annual promotion plan.
- Follow up the electronic campaigns for professional and consulting services as the Company’s approved methodology, and obtain the targeted clients’ feedback about the same.
- Build relationships with targeted clients and key executives, understand their needs, map those needs to the Company’s capabilities, build pipeline for opportunities and promoting business.
- Receive the requests for proposals from the potential clients and follow up until the proposals are delivered to the clients.
- Follow up the proposals submitted.
- Receive requests for engagement letters from the clients and communicate with concerned departments until the engagement letters for professional and consulting services are delivered to the clients.
- Follow up the engagement letters submitted until they are signed.
- Transfer the signed engagement letters for implementation.
- Register all the business development activities using MS CRM solution.
- Update the clients’ information on the MS CRM solution.
- Suggest ideas regarding the improvement of internal business cycle.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Candidate Profile:
- Requirement open for Arab nationals.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant major with minimum GPA of 3.0
- 2-3 years of experience, preferably, out of which one year in the same job title
- Able to effectively communication with the clients.
- Knowledge of business sectors in Kuwait.
