Responsibilities

1. Provide support for KA customers and optimize customer experience 2. Design user registration SOP and formulate GTM plan to promote vertical user growth 3. Organize new product features and best practice sharing seminars and sales training 4. Collect feedback from advertisers and GBS teams Feedback, assist product function iteration and release 5. Produce promotional materials, including PPT, product manuals and case studies, to empower the sales team 6. Lead industry research and customer research.


Qualifications

1. 3-6 years of working experience in product operation or advertising/creative operation 2. Strong project management ability, able to identify risks in the process, and cooperate with all parties to achieve goals 3. Goal-driven, with strong data analysis ability. Able to disassemble goals, analyze the status quo, formulate action plans, quickly trial and error and iterate 4. Excellent communication skills and teamwork skills. Adapt to a multicultural working environment and maintain collaboration with cross-functional teams 5. Experience in effective advertising and insight into market dynamics.
