Job Description:
- Assist in scheduling polo lessons for club members or non-members.
- Coordinate with instructors and riders to find suitable lesson times.
- Prepare monthly invoices for polo lessons, ad-hoc horse hire, events, and tournament fees.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions related to ATOMS activities.
- Respond to all ATOMS club emails and phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Address and resolve inquiries from club members, prospective riders, and others.
- Maintain a high level of customer service in all email and phone communications.
- Assist in organising and coordinating various club events, including tournaments, Polo Camps, overnight camp and Kids' events.
- Provide assistance to the Polo Loft when necessary.
- Keep detailed records of ATOMS club horses' utilisation and movement.
- Ensure accurate and updated information on horse availability and usage.
- Prepare notices for club members regarding upcoming events, changes in schedules, or important announcements.

Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Minimum GCE “O” Level
- Good interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
- Resourceful, self-starter and a good team player
- Ability to multi-task and possess proactive and positive work attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $2,200.00 - $3,000.00 per month
