Hiring Full Time -Customer Service Admin (Minimum 1 year experience)

Location: IOI Conezion

Working Hour – 10am to 7pm (Monday to Friday) , 10am to 3pm (Saturday)

Off Day – Sunday & Public Holiday

Requirement:

- Fresh grads are encouraged to apply or minimum education background SPM

- Ability to work under daily and/or weekly deadlines, in a fast-changing work environment

- Languages/Speak: English and Bahasa Melayu

- Polite, good self-discipline and able to work independently

- Experience in customer service is a huge advantage

Job Scope:

- Managing data entry and performing various administrative tasks

- Ensuring accurate and organized documentation.

- Greet and Serve incoming customer while siting on front reception

- Provide create, reply, feedback, follow up in email, message and call

- Preparing finished products for packaging and shipment

- Managing any additional administrative tasks as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Attendance bonus
  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Putrajaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Required)

Expected Start Date: 10/01/2023
