We are currently recruiting for a Food and Beverage Supervisor
The main responsibilities for this role is to assist in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Urban Kitchen Restaurant, ensuring all guest requests are met, on time. You will also assist in the training, development and motivation of a team as well as supervising the area as required.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Implementing and maintaining standards of operation
- Ensuring customers are totally satisfied
- Liaising with all other departments as required
- Ensuring the department runs effectively on a day to day basis
- Cost control
- People management
We are looking for someone who a proven track record in a similar position, very hands on, leads by example with the ability to motivate a team. We need someone who is flexible with working hours, available to work both late and early shifts.
Successful applicants must have
- 2 years previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent business like presentation
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Ability to organize and work under pressure
- Experience of working with Micros
