Job Summary: Mainly supervise and drive accomplishment of post construction deliverables in maintaining quality standards by ensuring internal quality, high appraisal, and target punchlist-free units during turnover.
Responsibilities:
Quality Tracking
- Supervision and assurance of accountability and implementation of quality on materials and workmanship of every construction deliverable through precise knowledge of all aspects of engineering and construction relating but not limited to structural, architectural, plumbing, and electrical.
- Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes.
- Ensure house appraisal is within acceptable range. Preparation of appraisal appeals and coordination with HDMF on all post construction concerns.
Reports and Monitoring
- Analyze all products and non-conformance processes and evaluate all documents to ensure the maintenance of optimal quality in housing units and resolve all escalated concerns in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Tracking and updating through the internal system the progression of post construction processes from construction quality checks all the way to turnover.
- Set and ensure timely, and fast turnovers to clients coupled with a quick response time for all punchlists, if any.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- 5 to 6 years of experience in Construction and Engineering (preferably from a real estate development company)
- Must be Licensed Civil Engineer
- With relevant work experience in residential, QA/QC, Punchlisiting
- Knowledgeable in Construction Quality and Turn Over
- Must be Proactive, fast learner, aggressive, patient and resourceful
- Must be able to work well with other departments

Salary: Php40,000.00 - Php56,000.00 per month
