Receptionist cum Admin Assistant [Singapore]


 

Receptionist

  • Screen/manage general calls efficiently, redirect them to the respective department
  • Visitor management, attending and greeting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Ensure smooth operation and housekeeping of the reception area

Admin

  • Responsible for office, Pantry and Stationery supplies, log books and expense record.
  • Coordinate, schedule delivery with local and overseas courier services
  • Manage and upkeep conference and meeting rooms booking and cleanliness
  • Manage the uniform’s request and update the record
  • Handle travel arrangement including flight booking, hotel reservation, and visa application
  • Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 30 per week

Salary: $1,600.00 - $2,100.00 per month
