Job Description
- Operating and managing different outlet inside a country club
- Creating and developing menu in different cuisine
- Monitoring stocks of all the outlets
- Supervising and training staff or team member
- Doing costing for new dishes
- Operating banquets and events
REQUIREMENTS
- Culinary Graduate
- 2 or more years experienced as sous chef in the hotel or country club or 5 years or more as head chef in restaurant that handle multi branches
- Creative and has knowledge in different cuisine
- Flexible working hoursWorking in a fast-paced environment
- A good team leader
