· Conduct boundary surveys to establish property lines, legal descriptions, and land ownership.
· Oversee the establishment of control points, benchmarks, and reference points for accurate geospatial measurements.
· Review and interpret legal documents, land records, and property deeds to inform surveying activities.
· Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
· Provide technical support and mentorship to junior surveyors and field staff.
· Manage and maintain surveying equipment, ensuring calibration and functionality.
· Stay updated with advancements in surveying technology and techniques.
· Contribute to project planning by providing accurate data and insights for decision-making.
· Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients and regulatory authorities.

Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
· Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) licensure is required.
· Proven experience as a Senior Surveyor, with a track record of leading surveying teams.
· Proficiency in operating surveying equipment, GPS technology, and software applications.
· Strong knowledge of land surveying principles, geospatial data, and mapping techniques.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
