A Day in de Life of a System Administrator Medior
In the context of a project for the European Commission, in Brussels, we are looking for a ServiceNow expert to reinforce the SN Competency Centre and help to set up and operate the ServiceNow Platform and ITSM Tools.
The ServiceNow Competency Centre's main responsibilities are:
- Setup, administration, and troubleshooting of the ServiceNow platform (including components such as MID servers) and the ITSM application
- Monitoring, administration, and troubleshooting of integrations of ServiceNow with other corporate systems
- Managing ServiceNow releases from sub-production to production environments and version upgrades
- Testing of new features, functionalities, and releases
- Liaising with users and customers for incidents and requests
- Liaising with ServiceNow for monitoring the ServiceNow platform and raising incidents to ServiceNow
- Knowledge transfer with the team and other EC teams and users
If you have
- ITIL foundation certified (and proven experience with ITIL processes)
- ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
- ServiceNow Performance Analytics Certification
- Οral and written fluency in EN or FR. (preferably both)

It would also be a plus if you had
- Knowledge and certifications in ServiceNow products (ITSM, HRSD, ITBM, ...)
- Basic knowledge of Java scripting (for light customization purpose)
Working conditions
- Work shifts of 8 hours daily basis from Monday to Friday.
- Office located in the centre of Brussels. (Possibility of teleworking)
