E-commerce: Customer Relationship [Malaysia]


 

We are a fast growing e-commerce company with fun and interesting product. Work closely with founder in the company and earn a fast career progression track to becoming a project manager.

Jobscope

  • Handle daily marketplace operation, include customer service,order processing and follow up customer.
  • Responsible for managing our online platform including Facebook,IG,website etc
  • Perform clerical and admin support include Purchase Order, order tracking.
  • Develop, monitor, write and update product content contained on our FB,IG,website
  • Perform any other ad- hoc assignment as and when required.

Requirement

  • Familiar with Microsoft excel.
  • Have experience in E- Commerce or customer service field is an advantage.
  • Able to execute and implement plans
  • Familiar with Photoshop, illustrator, canva is an added advantage.
  • Familiar with Shopify/Wix/Wordpress is an added advantage.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply this role.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English

  • willing to take on new challenge and task
