Responsibilities:
- Cut and prepare fiberglass materials.
- Apply layers evenly to molds.
- Impregnate materials with resin.
- Smooth and shape using tools.
- Inspect for defects.
- Demold finished products.
- Maintain tools and equipment.
Requirements:
- Applicants who is available in U.A.E are preferred.
- Previous experience as a fiberglass laminator or in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of composite materials, resin systems, and fabrication techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment relevant to the lamination process.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of manual dexterity.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing for extended periods and lifting heavy materials.
- Basic understanding of health and safety practices, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and proper handling of chemicals.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work within a team environment.
