Technical Recruiter [Pakistan]


 

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring technical talent for a software house and Call center/BPO environment. The Technical Recruiter will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Manager in various HR-related tasks. Proficiency in both English and Urdu, along with strong communication skills, is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Job Posting and Multichannel Sourcing:
  • Post job openings on various platforms and job boards to attract qualified candidates.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including social media, professional networks, and industry-specific websites, to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Technical Talent Acquisition:
  • Identify, screen, and interview potential candidates for technical positions, ensuring alignment with job requirements and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and technical teams to understand specific skill set requirements and preferences.
  • Language Proficiency:
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Urdu, both written and verbal, ensuring professional and clear correspondence with candidates and colleagues.
  • HR Support:
  • Assist the HR Manager in various HR-related tasks, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.
  • Punctuality and Trustworthiness:
  • Maintain a high level of punctuality and reliability in all job-related activities.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a technical recruiter in a software house or IT-related industry.
  • Strong proficiency in English and Urdu, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to source and recruit technical talent using various channels.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with candidates and colleagues.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
