Job Title: Education Counselor (Outbound Calls)

Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Education Counselor to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students, guiding them through the education programs we offer, and answering their queries. You will need to have excellent communication skills, be a good listener, and have the ability to convince potential students to enroll in our programs.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential students to promote our education programs
- Understand the requirements of the prospective students and guide them through the admission process
- Provide accurate and timely information about our programs, courses, fees, and other relevant details
- Maintain a database of prospective students and keep track of their progress in the admission process
- Follow up with prospective students via phone and email to ensure they complete the admission process
- Meet monthly and quarterly targets for enrollment and conversion rates
- Attend education fairs, seminars, and events to promote our programs
- Provide feedback to the management team on student requirements, feedback, and market trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
- Proven experience as an Education Counselor, Sales Executive, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Fluent in English (Arabic language proficiency is a plus)
- Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude
