Job Responsibilities: The Incumbent is responsible for most or all of the following: • Manage purchasing daily processing cycle form, get quotation, purchase materials (PO issuance), verify specification and pricing issue and follow up delivery. • Review and negotiate the pricing, lead time, commercial terms, and technical requirements with suppliers. • Conduct supplier evaluations and site audits in conjunction with Purchasing Department. • Monitor supplier performance to meet upcoming orders and assess their ability to meet the company’s quality and delivery requirements. • Prepare agendas for monthly meetings with committees, working groups, and other meetings as required. • Attend, record and transcribe minutes of meetings as required. • Schedule meetings to ensure that the appropriate facilities, rooms, and equipment are booked as required. • Assist and report to the line manager regarding administrative tasks assigned. • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
