Requirement
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Management/Business Administration or equivalent from reputable university
- At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, talent management, organization development in Service company as Senior HR
- A proven experience in creating program and strategies in talent and people development
- Track record in full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives would be advantageous
- Fast learner in understanding the duties and competencies of different role
- Have a strong HR analytical thinking
- Able to work under deadlines
- Strong problem solving and verbal & written communication skills
- Able to work as a team
