Requirement

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Management/Business Administration or equivalent from reputable university
  • At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, talent management, organization development in Service company as Senior HR
  • A proven experience in creating program and strategies in talent and people development
  • Track record in full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives would be advantageous
  • Fast learner in understanding the duties and competencies of different role
  • Have a strong HR analytical thinking
  • Able to work under deadlines
  • Strong problem solving and verbal & written communication skills
  • Able to work as a team
