As HR Administrator you will work with across departments. The Head of HR will look to you for all administration tasks around key KPI’s on all aspects of HR, including but not limited to:
- Performance related metrics around recruitment, on-boarding, retention, engagement, wellbeing and absence management.
- Ensuring Company records are maintained and up to date.
- Training & Development systems and co-ordination with Head of HR
- This role is a key enabler to the smooth running of all people related administrative matters and ensuring departments are provided with up-to-date information.
- Collate information in a timely manner on all employee related matters.
- Be proficient on all personal systems and H&S systems.
- Report daily exceptions in a timely manner.
- Collate information to enable achievement of health and safety targets
- Proactively identify and correct risks.
- Implement all measures associated with the management of employees In line with company policies & procedures.
- Resolve conflicts informally where possible before escalating as necessary.
- Provide timely information to Head of HR on all training and development of all employees from induction, refresher training and skills matrix.
The Person
- Excellent Administrative Experience
- High level of IT/Excel/Power Point and organisation administration skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise and deliver against deadlines.
- Keen to learn
On offer - Salary €35000 - €38000 + Bonus (10%), 23 Days Annual Leave + Statutory holidays.
