Support National Sales Manager, BU head and sales/marketing teams by initiating and executing key-operational and -administrative tasks.
- Conduct analysis on a regular basis (Peak Performance), support in reporting and follow-up CRM system (SF+)
- Understand and review current procedures or set-up new procedures based on the needs of the BU
- Lead distribution of marketing materials (Staci) and samples
- Manage & follow-up on budget / PO process (SRM) and P3
- Liaise with internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of BU (compliance, customer service, finance, HR, ...)
- 360° ownership on customer newsletters (flexmail, PiT mail, HCP mailings) and MUI: strategy, budget and execution
- Coordination, administrative follow-up and attendance of (internal/external) meetings & events
- Indulge in the business in order to understand it by co-visits and regular contact with AM/sales reps

Minimum requirements
COMPETENCIES:
- Bachelor degree in marketing, business or communication
- A first experience in an assistance-, marketing or sales role
- Fluent in Dutch, French & English
- Integer and team player
- Flexible
- Creative, pro-active and solution minded
- Results driven: setting targets, mapping results and analyzing/preparing according to recommendations
- Expert in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), quick learner in other software
