What will you do
Act as central caretaker for the business units in case of migration of CO data within the S/4U process regarding Masterdata and CO general data. (Managing the response from the business, structuring of data, validation and testing)
Collaborate with partners in the business to ensure understanding of business requirements and to provide solutions while adherence to policies, data protection regulations and compliance
Act as a coordinator for problem-solving and interact with S/4U project and S/4U Rollout Units, support SAP Rollout Units for the improvement of data quality for the migration
Translation of Steering Model Governance into operational processes and master data structure and acting as a quality doorkeeper
Incident management – functional support for SAP community, initiates process standardization within the shared service centers, introduces best practice methods and improves working models
Good collaboration with the Business Support Controlling Team and the SAP CO Project team
How do you know you are the right fit
Education/Training
University degree with proven competencies in: Mathematics, IT, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Management
Accounting/ Controlling knowledge, analytical thinking and an understanding of logical processes as well as interdependencies
Professional experience
Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in similar processes in a multinational company
Professional experience, preferably in international context and/or Shared Service Center ideally within Accounts Payables, HR Master Data Management and/cor User Administration. CO & PS is an advantage
Knowledge of accounting processes, procedures and practices, legislation and involvement in international projects
Good understanding of CO & PS Master Data is a plus
IT knowledge
Good command of the MS Office package (Excel, Power Point, Word)
VBA knowledge is a big advantage
Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP GRC
SAP CO Modul, SAP PS Modul, SAP SOLMAN is an advantage
Language: Excellent knowledge of English language (both written and spoken)
