We are currently seeking a trilingual office assistant (m/f/d) in Luxembourg for a small family office.
Tasks
- You are an all-rounder - organizing the office and supporting the management in all matters is exactly the challenge that suits you.
- In the communication with business partners you are the friendly voice at the phone.
- You have experience in office management and love to learn new things.
- Contract management in the field of real estate management or administration of contracts is a challenge that you are happy to accept or in which you have already gained experience.
- Preparation of receipts and bookkeeping - no problem.
- First experience in social media management would be a plus.
- Ideally, you have completed commercial training or a degree in business administration and have already gained professional experience
- If possible, you should have experience in contract management or in the management of property developers. Experience in banking, real estate management or real estate brokerage could be helpful.
- Using the Office package and learning new tools is exactly what you are looking for
- You should be fluent in spoken and written in German, English and French.
