Franchise Specialist [Philippines]


 

Job Description

Monitors the franchise application until the store opening’s turnaround time.

- Attend and respond to various concerns or inquiries of Franchisees and Franchise stores’ on-ongoing projects.

- Serve as the point of contact for all new franchisees.

- Coordinates with all concerned departments for opening support.

- Provide satisfactory problem-solving and critical thinking skills to help resolve franchisees’ complaints or needs.

- Documents meeting outcomes or telephone conversations, creates memorandum and other written instructions for franchisees.

- Implement appropriate survey methods to gain insights into franchisees’ feedback and concerns. - Process complaints and issues related to products and services timely and accurately

Job Qualification

Candidate must be a Bachelor's or College graduate of any Management or

- With great Customer Service skills

- Good working knowledge of the following computer software: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, PDF

- Excellent organization and communication skills

- Candidate must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
