Your role
As an IT Business Analyst, you will work day-to-day with cross-functional client teams. You will bring your experience, fresh ideas and innovative thinking to help the team create amazing new functionalities. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.
More precisely, your responsibilities will include:
- Elicits, analyzes, specifies and validates the business needs of stakeholders
- Collaborates with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision
- Works with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements
- Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team
- Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary
- Analyzes, discusses and documents new functionalities
- Collaborates with designers and software developers to create the optimal User Experience
- Creates and documents testing scenarios, use cases and support manuals
- Analyzes and monitors the market and the competition
Requirements
What you'll bring?
- BSc Degree in Management, Computer Science, Technology or Engineering, or any other related discipline
- Experience with Loans & Investment Products
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills along with a goal-oriented approach
- Experience and Discipline with Testing/QA
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with Banking or Payments required
- People-focused; Empathetic, courageous, open and energetic with a natural tendency to improve others
- A strong communicator with advanced organizational skills
