YOUR MISSION
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Junior Manager Planning and Analytics, you are at the center of the entire organization. You will work closely with the Country Manager Benelux and be in daily contact with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and our headquarters in Germany. You collaborate with all these PUMA Benelux stakeholders to gain insight into the state of our business, identify opportunities and anticipate challenges, with the aim of optimizing our business.
Who are our customers? PUMA Benelux is a wholesale organization with a strong portfolio of clients including Voetbalshop, Intersport, Twinsport, PSV, Wehkamp, Van Haren, Sneakerdistrict, The Athlete's Foot.
A LOOK INTO YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take ownership of reports and sales documents that provide insights unto the performance of PUMA Benelux
- Take full control of all sales data we receive from our customers and ensure a smooth data transmission into our reporting cubes
- Work with the sales data of our customers to mitigate our stock risk and to leverage re-order opportunities
- PUMA Benelux is part of the overarching PUMA Central Europe. In your daily responsibilities, you liaise with the headquarters on processes and analyses to align and improve them.
- You assist in monitoring sales performance against the KPIs determined for both PUMA Benelux and our customers.
- Every month, a Sales Forecast Planning takes place in which you assist in determining the sales budgets to achieve our annual turnover.
- Maintain a campaign tracker of our most important marketing campaigns to track the success of our activations

YOUR TALENT
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
- You have a bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Retail/Sport Management.
- You have 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role and/or company.
- You are accurate and good with numbers, but can also translate this into clear action points and communication.
- You are flexible, customer-oriented and can handle tight deadlines.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Power BI or any other Business Intelligence tool is a plus.
- You are positive, driven, open and have a strong will to learn and develop. You want to make it a success!
- You can take responsibility both as a team player and individually.
- This is a full-time position, with some travel required. Of course, we now make more use of MS Teams and offer the possibility of hybrid working.
