Job description

  • Provide professional customer support by responding to and providing prompt, effective, and efficient support to or resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints, tracking & keeping records of various customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Process client orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Provide constant customer feedback on the efficiency of the Company’s customer service process, using such towards process improvements to provide patrons with a world-class customer experience.
  • Provide product knowledge, information, and education to clients to increase their acceptance and adoption of products & services.
  • Maintain constant communication with customers about products, services, and promotions through various channels.
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as required.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times to build sustainable, long-term relationships with dental doctors & practices through clear, open, and interactive communication.
  • Prepare and submit relevant weekly, monthly and quarterly reports of all the activities of the Customer Success Unit to the Business Coordinator.
  • Provide timely & accurate information to Business Coordinator and other members of the team, the CFO and other internal/external stakeholders by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person

Requirements

1: A good first degree or equivalent qualification.

Post Graduate Studies

Not applicable, but relevant professional qualifications would be an advantage.

- 2-3 years’ hands-on relevant work experience in a similar role in a dynamic, fast-paced professional environment, preferably in the healthcare sector (dental practice or medical equipment business).

- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

- Experience in the use of computer applications such as MS Word, Excel (spreadsheet & database programs); and CRM software such as Salesforce.com and/or SAP would be considered as a significant advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From ₦200,000.00 per month
